AVX Professional is a single-packaged, superior,
personal firewall and anti-virus scanner, detecting
more than 50,000 viruses. Designed on an open and
distributed architecture, AVX Professional utilizes
new plug-in technology that offers users unlimited
resources to accommodate their scanning and security
needs. The daily update keeps the users protected
against all new viruses and malicious applications
emerging in the wild.
Now, AVX Professional 5.9.3 protects the users of Peer-
to-Peer applications. AVX for ICQ, AVX for MSN
Messenger, AVX for Net Meeting and AVX for Yahoo
Messenger integrates directly into the client-to-
client file transfer feature within these popular IM
software applications. All files being received and
saved are first intercepted, then virus scanned, and
the user is prompted about any harmful behaviour of
the file.
