Chily Offline folder report software is developed
especially to examine the mailboxes of selected
domain. Offline folders are the duplicate copy of
user’s Exchange mailbox data and every OST file is
linked with a particular Exchange mailbox that cannot
be used with any other mailbox. This is the reason
why administrators always sustain a copy of offline
folder files during migration. After examining the
particular domain, the offline folder report software
generates list of users using OST files for storing
their data, users who are not using OST files for
storing their data and list of errors occurred during
the inspection of domain. The lists so produced can
be saved in CSV format which is accessible with MS
Excel. Above all, Chily Offline Folder Report
software is 100% free of cost and a blessing for
administrators. Features of Chily Offline Folder
Report are: Displays OST and Non-OST users; Runs with
the administrator credentials; Fast and easy
installation; saves generated output in CSV format;
Runs on every Windows server, is available as
Freeware.
