While Notepad is usually sufficient there has long been the need for something with 'just a little more'. This simple editor is Notepad with a few extra options for PERL script authoring, including a subroutine library, code wizard, run, debug, syntax check, floating toolbox and more. An extremely simple & straight-forward PERL GUI.
