Penis enlargement surgery entails cutting some of your
body's ligaments; in this case the ligaments that join
your penis to the underside of your pelvic bone.
Roughly half to one third of your penis is hidden
within your body, so by cutting some of these
ligaments, more of your penis will be exposed. Thus
giving your penile a longer appearance, or extending
you penile if you will.
