A Windows95/98/NT4 file / Desktop management utility. Lets you access your files, folders and programs faster and easier than the normal way in Windows95/NT4, either via the Start Menu or the Desktop, and without minimizing active windows. TOPMenu introduces a new menu design that has the same look and feel as the Windows menus but with more features.
