ZipTouch "touches", i.e. modifies the date and time of files residing inside ZIP archives without any need to unpack the files. This is useful for developers that want all files in their software package to have the same date and time (e.g. the release date). Optionally, the ZIP file itself and/or only a subset of the files can be touched.
