Change those boring Windows 95 start-up, wallpaper, closing down and shut down screens to something more exciting. SIB Changer will automatically randomise the directories of your choice for the images you want to change. It comes with 8 example images for you to use, with 40 more available from our website. SIB Changer can run transparantly at start-up, or fully verbose so that you know which files have been changed.
