Webmasters, HTML authors, and most computer users will be delighted with the versatility of this search-and-replace utility. XReplace-32 lets you select files by wildcard or gather and then drag and drop them from the built-in window. You can specify a list of search-and-replace strings in the program's grid, make replacements case-sensitive, and save and reload replacement lists. You can even instruct XReplace to prompt you for a decision. This tool is a blessing for Webmasters who need to change references in a large number of files, or for users wanting to change paths in multiple .ini files.
