The Relativizer converts absolute links to relative links in HTML files. The reason for doing this is that sites which use absolute links can (usually) be made "portable", that is, independent of the server name (e.g. www.company.com or web.mycompany.org) and independent of the directory level (e.g. /~johndoe or /users/jdoe or /Area51/Lair/xxxx). As long as all of the files of the site are moved intact, the "relativized" site, if moved, will not have any broken links or images. Fast and small, includes extensive documentation and a sample site to experiment with.
