A Backup analizer and reporter for ArcServeIT on NT
platform. It is designed to report each backup task
result by e-mail to a preconfigured list of
persons. The aim of the utility is to eleminate the
human intervention of daily routine analisis of backup
logs of ArcServeIT. This will be done automatically by
the utilty itself after each backup task completes.
The output will be reported by e-mail to predefined
persons in a classified format. By this means, if
anything went wrong last night during the backup
process, everybody (possibly including the CEO ) will
be notified about the inconvenience. You can define a
distribution list for each type of failures, like
CANCELLED,FAILED,INCOMPLETE and even SUCCESFULL jobs.
The most important feature of the application is, it
can analize the status of backup database or free
logical disk space left on the drive.Works almost
every version of ArcServeIT if you download a patch
(FixIT.zip)to make necessary adjustments.
