This DLL allows Powerbuilder (or many other 4GLs) to access Windows NT network API functions in a simple way. It is especially useful if using a 4GL to implement any ISAPI/CGI programming for an NT Server running a Web Service. It eliminates the need for Unicode character translations and complex structure referencing as normally required by the Windows Network API.
