WinPanel is a gadget for your desktop.
With this program you can customize the shortcuts
instead of using the usual
dedicated buttons to launch any file or program.
The program can change its transparency, and assign
different images to all
the buttons. With an intuitive interface, it's easy to
grasp
program settings; simply set the path to the file.
Another of the advantages of the program is it
occupies a very small amount
of disk space, less than 100 KB!
