TChangeMonitor can watch Microsoft Windows 95's special folders. Among the folders that can be watched are: Desktop, Fonts, Network Neighborhood, Personal, Programs, Recent Documents, SendTo, Start Menu, Startup, Templates and Favorites. An OnChange event is fired when a change occurs in the folders being watched.
