One more thing can be discussed here is “Flag
Feature”. Many times Outlook users ask this question,
that whether it is possible to add some flag in the
Outlook profile or not. And is it possible to change
colors of the standard flags?
But the exact answer is NO. In Outlook 2003, users
aren't allowed to change the colors of the standard
flags and neither permitted to add any flag in the
profile. But, you have a solution for that by using a
flag toolbar and then change the labels to remember
that which flag has been add for what purpose?
