The software has been created as a common application
for security cross platforms functioning
simultaneously with wireless and wired IP Webcams, TV-
cards, captured boards, power-line, and USB cameras.
It has web interface with the similar form and
controls on the local and remote pcs. Customer view
MPEG coded video and have complete control of the
software using network that security server can be run
with no screen, keyboard, and mouse attached.
Program's modular structure significantly increases
reliability because all components proceed as
autonomous software. If one unit fails, other units go
on running. For example if the 'record' unit
freezes, 'watchdog' starts over It immediately that
viewers don't notice anything because they are viewing
picture through a 'playback' part. The program
does 'cyclic' recording that the 'disk full' situation
never occurs. The recording can be constant or it can
be triggered by activity, human face detection or by
calendar. The software has pre-alarm and post-alarm
recording. Playing back recorded video is pretty easy
