ImageCool Free Frame Maker allows you to easily add

the frame models in the package or specify an external
image as the frame.

80+ Frame Models: ImageCool has about 80 frame models
in the package, there are 7 frame groups: Simple
Frames, Gradient Frames, Shadow Borders, Image Frames,
Lace Patterns, Paper Frames, Blank Frames. You can use
them for free, but don't use them for commercial use.

Batch Splitting: ImageCool can apply the current frame
parameters to all the selected images. It is useful to
process multi-photos with same parameters in batches.
