For~recipients, print approved substitutes on plain paper or your letterhead,~and print corresponding mailing labels.~~This package includes a program document file, an IRS publication in text~format, and an install utility for running in Windows 95. Although it is~a DOS program, it runs great under Windows 95, is approved for OS/2 and~is easily set up for Netware.~~Tax Practitioners, Service Bureaus: MAG1099 allows 106 separate payees~in one file submission.~
