automatically shut down, reboot or logoff of Windows
at specified intervals. This can be set to occur at a
specified date and time or after a certain number of
hours, minutes and seconds. There is a countdown timer
to show when the shutdown, reboot, logoff will occur.
This application can be minimized to the system tray
at the bottom right corner of the screen so that it
can run in the background with minimal visibility.
