With InboxSpecialist you can delete unwanted large emails before downloading them. The great thing about InboxSpecialist is that you will see who sent you the fat email. You even have the possibility to read the text of the email without downloading it. If you see the email is not worth downloading you can delete it and still get in touch with the sender. Don't wait until your mailbox gets blocked. InboxSpecialist is free, easy-to-use, works tightly together with MS Outlook (Express) and runs in your system tray.
