PracticeMill is a program that creates numerous practice tools to help students and trainees achieve mastery and fluency in any subject area. The program consists of two modules. The editor allows one to create banks of questions, print practice sheets, exams, as well as paper and computer flashcards. The flashcard viewer offers several response modes (i.e., multiple choice, type-response, etc.), types of response feedback and supports multimedia. PracticeMill allows both the students and the teacher to monitor their performance either in terms of accuracy or fluency. Performance data may also be sent through an Internet connection.  The editor can also perform classical item analysis to identify topics that need further training or items that need to be revised.
