It's happened to us all - an email that was meant to
be sent only to the original sender ends up going to
everyone on the email list. It's called the Reply All
faux pas. For some, it can be an embarrassment, but
for others, it could be a legal liability. Lawyer
firms and Doctor's office work on strict need to know
conditions, so a simple slip of the finger can cause
big troubles.

Our plug-in notifies you and requires a confirmation
once you hit the reply all tab in Microsoft Outlook.
It is one more great security feature to keep you and
your department out of hot water. The plug in prompts
you when you are about to send out an email making
sure you meant to send it to anyone and everyone
attached. That confidential information is about to be
sent to people you don't know - is that really what
you want to happen?
