I wrote this book on weight loss and fitness and
started this program after seeing an extemely obese
child trying to play on a baseball team. I did not
witness him being scorned, but knew he would enjoy his
activities more if he were healthier. I also know of
the medical problems including fatal problems he would
face later on in life if someone like me did not help
him. This book covers Behavior Modification, exercise,
testing your child and testing charts. Ordering the
book includes a free email consultation so I can
customize your program. It retails for $19.00 U.S. and
I put it in downloadable form to speed up "shipping".
