This CyberCafe Billing Software assists the CyberCafe
Administrator to track the usage of computers and bill
them
as per their schemes. The client program locks the
access in all client machines. Only after the customer
enters his
authendication details, the software will allow the
customer to use. This is designed to meet any
complicated scheme.
Any number of Prepaid Schemes can be used. 'Pay After
Use' or Walk-in Schemes are also supported. This also
supports
Off-Peak-Hour Discounts also. The client program can
be set to Restrict the Windows based on its window
title such as
ControlPanel, etc. This also manages the WallPaper and
Ad-banners in all client machines. At the end of the
day, it
is enough to count the currency collected and enter
and the day-book-leaf will be ready within seconds,
and the report
can also be automatically emailed to the
administrator. This demo version is valid only for 30
bills. Registration cost
US$150. Customization can also be done depending on
request. Items such as Floppy,Coke,etc., can also be
ordered
from the client machines and billed.
