DLSuperCRV is primarily a Revision-Delta-Undelta
Library Targeted Utility implementing a backward
source revision delta of full source changes. The
delta file helps reduce the storage requirement for
previous back versions of full source code. Deltas can
be stored in a library with a succession of back
versions. Applying an iteration of back versions
allows a user to recreate source for any level of
archived source. The program can, also, generate deltas
for files that do not have CR/LF separators (i.e.
fixed length records)
