PDF format is safe to use as it never compromises on
content setting and data loss. Such need arises when
OST files from MS Exchange Server are meant to be
secured or repaired (if corrupt). To deal such
situation it is necessary that user has to hatch some
strategy. Initially user has to make sure whether the
concerned OST file is corrupt. If it is positive then,
user must install a reliable third-party tool like
Kernel for OST to PST. Prior installation user is
recommended to see the required components in user system.

Once the concerned OST file is repaired user can either
convert them in different formats like DBX, MBOX, MSG,
EML, TXT, RTF, HTML, MHTML, & PDF files or can directly
migrate them to web-based servers for better
accessibility and data security. When user wishes to
convert the OST files to PDF, the tool acts as OST to
PDF converter. During entire process, the tool
maintains the data hierarchy, folder structure and
formatting. Once it is done user can ‘Preview’ the
items just to ensure safe conversion and migration.

For better results, Kernel for OST to PST supports
nearly all versions of MS Exchange Server, MS Outlook,
Outlook Express and Windows OS. To save the results
user system must have enough space. For more info,
