IE Skinner is an application that enables you to add
your own skins and logos to your Internet Explorer.
You can simply choose a ready made bitmap or you can
draw your own one and make it your new Internet
Explorer skin. You can even create your own logos both
animated and still ones. That is not all, you can
export your skins to an executable file that others
can use. You can publish those skins into your website
to show others your creativity, or use it in your
business as an advertising tool or internally in your
office to unify desktop scene.
