SurfOnGuard puts surfers back in the drivers' seat.
This light(322k) yet very nimble and robust
application effectively blocks all unsolicited
browser pop overs or pop unders. Upon your command,
it can also block select browser plugins -- Java
Applet and Flash. Desktop popups -- Messenger alerts
and the ubiquitous tooltip balloons -- are no escape
either. An intuitively designed setting panel allows
users to choose what what to block.

Like a Dutch Uncle to your browser, SurfOnGuard takes
a draconian approach to your browser's behavior. It
chooses to block all popups and non-essential new
browser windows but leaves the ultimate decision to
the surfer.

It is easy to command your SurfOnGuard. A user can
always open the setting panel and reconfigure what to
block and what not to. Blocking can also be
temporarily "lifted" by triple clicking or by
pressing down a key -- any key -- while clicking.
SurfOnGuard takes very little system resources to
run. It retreats to the system tray after you settle
on the setting and flashes whenever blocking is in
action.

With just a simple click, users can inspect their
internet folders -- Cookies, Temporary Internet
Folders, History and My Favorites. Clean out these
folders are just another click.

SurfOnGuard is distributed as freeware.
