With PGP SafeBulk you can send secure e-mail to large lists of recipients without each recipient is able to know any other recipients - regardless of the recipient is recieving a normal unencrypted message or an secure PGP encrypted message. PGP SafeBulk can send plain unencrypted messages to recipients which don't use PGP and PGP encrypted messages to recipients who use PGP - you can send both types of e-mails in one single step, no need to send normal un-encrypted messages first and then send again to PGP enabled recipients afterwards.
