SecureBlackbox for BizTalk lets you secure the data,

orchestrations.
When you need to transfer the data securely via SFTP,
FTPS or SMTP protocol, you will find the appropriate
adapter included.
With SSH adapter you can execute commands on remote
servers, retrieve the results of execution and process
