RadioTelephone Tutor is a tutor program; that helps
you study for the FCC GROL License, plus the Ship
Radar Endorsement License.

The FCC GROL License is needed to adjust, maintain, or
repair transmitters in the aviation, maritime, and
international fixed public radio services.

This includes studying for the General Radiotelephone
Operator License exam.
