The Business edition is best suited for roaming Information Workers who require outlook integration and an online/offline search experience with bidirectional synchronization at their finger tips.

The outlook integration allows users to drag and drop e-mails directly into their offline client, these e-mails will then be synchronized with the relevant SharePoint document library.
