FlexRestart  -  Version  1.0 Unlike another similar applications, FlexRestart automatically intercepts all reboot requests from any program or Windows itself and changes them to the restart of Windows only, which is significantly quicker. Right-clicking on the tray icon shows pop-up menu, providing the possibility to easily issue quick Windows restart, full reboot, shutdown, power off, log off, exit to DOS, force applications to terminate immediately, suspend, launch screen saver. Also provides new, advanced "Shut down" dialog.
