Feedback Journal 360  -  Version  3.1 Multi-rater (360 degree) feedback for people in a team or organisation. Individuals are assessed by themselves and others against competencies required by their role. The software lets them explore their strengths and weaknesses and then helps them create a development jounal to improve performance. Feedback can be gathered by LAN, diskette or email. The process is driven by the individuals receiving feedback.
