QuickRecord is a compact application for recording and
playing sound on a Microsoft Windows 95/98/NT PC.
Recording and playing directly from disk files,
QuickRecord maintains the simplicity of the standard
Windows Sound Recorder applet but without the
restrictions. Features include: Peak level bar graph,
with active pause to aid level setting; One-click
recording or playback using the taskbar icon; 'Audio
notebook' capability with tone burst message
separators.
