	coltohex.exe  -  Version  0.99 A utility to select colors for web pages, or any other purpose needing hex codes. Select color by entering RGB color values or by using a color picking dialog box. Individual hex codes can be selected for all web page elements such as background, text and links. The resulting codes can then be output as a complete web page.
