LIVECHAT Communicator is a secure corporate instant
messenger. It enables fast and intuitive IM contact
between all the employees, allows creating secure
(encrypted with SSL) private chats and conferences
using one of many protocols (ICQ, MSN, Skype, Gadu-
Gadu, LIVECHAT). All the instant messaging flow is
monitored and can be managed by administrator, who
manages all the employees rights and keeps them sorted
into departaments. It is possible to block external IM
protocols and have all the employees use just the
LIVECHAT protocol. Communicator is also ready to be
used as a SIP/VoiP phone. All the users have access to
the shared history of public chats what creates an
internal knowledge base in the corporation. If it is
needed, the application allows to take over other
user’s desktop with the remote desktop feature, but
only after his agreement. Communicator supports remote
work - users can perform their activities from any
place. At the same time this software is fully
compatible with LIVECHAT Contact Center- i.e. support
staff can instant message employees using
