Notifies you when you have received electronic mail. It works with a variety of commercially available mail systems, and has the advantage of taking up very little memory when in use. When you receive new mail, the icon in your task bar will change to show that you have new mail, and will slowly flash until you click on the icon to acknowledge the new mail.
