											Learn Vocabulary with Word Parts: TANGIA

											With Tangia, students at home or in the classroom 
learn vocabulary through a study of English words with 
Greek and Latin etymologies, of which 80-85% of the 
more difficult English words are composed.  With each 
set of key prefixes and roots, students move through 
eight different learning modes, culminating in a 
challenging game at the end.  One or two students can 
log in at each computer station and full data tracking 
exists for all of their scores.  There are two units 
(Greek and Latin) with 10 lengthy parts in each.  What 
else makes Tangia so cool for the classroom? -Tangia 
covers tons of Latin- and Greek-based word parts so 
students can potentially see and figure out thousands 
of new words they've never even seen before! Students 
can work cooperatively since one or two can log in 
together.  (simply use an audio splitter for two sets 
of headphones). Students' scores can be accessed and 
printed out from any computer (if you're running 
Tangia from a server). Teachers can quickly see, 
change, or delete student information on the fly.
