The software is a comprehensive filing and listing
program that enables you to file your household
papers, keep track of the value of household contents
and schedule maintenance on household installations
It integrates with low-cost scanners so that you can
add documents quickly and retrieve them instantly
without having to go through your pile of papers.
Important documents such as the house deeds can be
left with a bank, and you still retain a copy for
yourself without fear of loss.
The electronic filing system uses your existing
scanner and automatically appends documents to your
entry for that item. For example you would have a
single entry for electricity bills and each time a new
one was received in the post you scan it in.
The listing of your household contents includes
details of the supplier and the telephone number. It
gives you the value of the item at date of purchase,
