Miniware API Toys Is a utility allowing you to look at the real list of windows loaded ( the list in Alt+Ctrl+Del menu isn't full, by that windows allows malicious programs to be run without being noticed), and perform some actions on them (as Minimize, Maximize, Restore, Close, Hide, Show, Move, and Resize). This utility is especially useful to restore windows that can be only accessed through tray icons after an Explorer crash, because the tray icons are deleted by Explorer, and the Icon of API Toys is not.
