Poker Square is played with a deck of 52 standard
playing cards. 25 spaces aligned in a 5 by 5 grid are
used for this game. At the start of the game, all
spaces are empty and the player takes one card at a
time from the stock and place it onto the grid. The
goal of the game is to form the best possible poker
hands both horizontally and vertically. Once all 25
spaces are filled, player is given a score based on
these 10 poker hands. Different hands of poker are
worth differently as follows: Royal Flush 100 points,
Straight Flush 75 points, 4 Of A Kind 50 points, Full
House 25 points, Flush 20 points, Straight 15 points,
3 of A Kind 10 points, Two Pair 5 points, and One Pair
2 points.
