Multiplayer Cribbage

This game is played by 2 people with a normal deck of
playing cards. At the start of a round the dealer
deals 6 cards to each player and then each player
chooses two cards to discard into the crib. One card
from the remaining cards is turned up and is called
the starter, if the starter is a J, then the dealer
gets 2 points into his total score. The crib and the
starter will be used later. Now the play begins and
the player who's not the dealer begins to play the
first card and then the other player plays the next
card and so on. The running total of points (1 for A,
2 for 2, etc, J, Q, K all have 10 points) of the
played cards must not exceed 31, if the player cannot
play any cards, then he says "go" and the other player
can play until he cannot. If the resultant total
points is 31, then the player who played the last card
gets 2 points for the total score, otherwise he gets
1. After that the count is reset to zero and the next
player play the first card, and so on until both
