All features work on a single subscription, multiple
subscriptions on the same report or multiple
subscriptions on multiple reports. Why do anything one
by one, when you can do them all? Nothing gets missed
either.
Search: Find items by the delivery extension- option
for search are begins with, ends with contains and
exact match.
Replace: Add, delete or overwrite items found.
So, for example, a user changes email name, you may
now search the old name, get all subscriptions, to the
old name and overwrite, similarly, a leaver can easily
be deleted, it is just as fast to add a new user. This
fantastic facility of course works on any
configuration parameters, so Excel to PDF or Word is
just as simple, and quick.
Schedule time change: You can change the time and
frequency of the subscription. Because you will also
have complete visibility of your schedules, you might
want to offset times for bulk changes to reduce load
on your server.
