											I work at an IT farm. As you can understand, being an 
IT person I lead a very busy life. Moreover, I used to 
be very foodie. Fast foods were my favorites. And I 
was not at all prone to exercise. Unhealthy lifestyle 
and 0 fitness made me gain weight. After a certain 
period my fattiness became alarming. I started buying 
lose and oversized clothes. Then I took a decision of 
losing weight and becoming slim. Following proper 
measures I managed to lose weight as well. But, the 
problem arose with something else. I am here to 
discuss that trouble, which is popularly known as 
weight loss maintenance.  Weight losing is possible 
and it happens, sometimes intentionally, sometimes 
unknowingly. We are talking about losing weight 
intentionally and purposefully. Various gymnasiums, 
diet charts and nutritionists help us to lose weight 
and live healthy. But friends, it is very important to 
maintain that. That is what you popularly call weight 
loss maintenance. |
