The Corporate Machine, the sequel to the award-winning
game Entrepreneur, is a business strategy game in
which players start their own company and try to take
over the world. They do this by creating, researching,
manufacturing, and marketing products in a chosen
industry. At the same time, they must out-perform
their competitors, controlled by either the computer
or by human players via the Internet. This updated
version features an enhanced AI, new "dirty tricks,"
and improved chat functionality. In the demo version,
single-player and multiplayer games must take place on
Stardock.net. Only the computer industry is available,
and only a limited set of "dirty tricks" are available
to play on opponents.
