Actually, beyond the many skins (clocks) integrated in
the software (some of them can be seen in the
screenshot), the best part of Desktop Clock is that
you can DIY a clock of you own very easily. Everything
on the clock can be altered to fit your likings, face,
hands, date & day, color, font, etc. You can even set
up a child clock to show the time of another place
(time zone). What you need to do is just some
configuration work, and what you got is a nice clock
of your own (if you want make it peculiar, I have no
objections) to give life to your desktop, or maybe to
you as well. Beyond its decoration purpose, Desktop
Clock is a true clock, or more than a true clock, with
the ability to sychronize your local(computer)'s clock
with Internet Time Servers (Atomic Time). It's alarm
system will prevent you from forgetting about time of
things like date, meeting, birthday, etc. with wav,
mid, mp3 format sound and music.
