This program is a compact alternative to much larger
Wave File player. It allows a wave file to be played
virtually instantly as opposed to waiting for a larger
program to load, display an window, and then play the
sound. Auto file type registering is supported, as
well as early sound termination for larger files.
QWave is less than 50Kb when installed and is written
in Assembly Language for maximum efficiency.
