PG Real Estate - a ready-to-go script for creating a
Real Estate Site.
It can be easily set to satisfy your demands: on the
one hand it can be a site for a separate Realtor or
Real Estate Company, on the other hand - it is a ready-
made Real Estate Portal providing services on Real
Estate activities.
The script has a flexible structure allowing you to
manage your site via site administration panel. There
are 4 property search options available: "looking to
sell", "looking to lease", "looking to buy"
and "looking to rent". You can turn off
options "looking buy" and "looking to rent", if you
plan to launch a site for an individual realtor or
Real Estate company that is a site providing its
visitors with only property for sale and property for
lease.
The listings may include not just images of
properties but also video and photo files. Having set
the exact address of the property, you will be able to
view it on Yahoo Maps.
